SHREDDREADS is a traditional and independent locticians company covering Cornwall and Devon. We Undertake any type of dreadlock work including, installation, maintenance, repair work, extensions, accessories, or even general advice!

We currently only work with the crochet method, as we believe this is the healthiest and strongest way of achieving the best results!

Ancient religions, traditions and myths state that dreadlocks gave persons mystical powers and strength. (Maybe this was more to do with what they were smoking), but whatever your creed or culture, we believe that Dreads Can be hugely empowering and healthy dreadlocks can only be achieved with a great foundation.

With SHREDDREADS You can rest assured that you will be getting quality work which with the right maintenance, will last a life time.  My Dreadlocks are over 12 years old, they are soft, clean and even smell like peppermint!

Our sessions are nothing like you would find in any traditional hair salon. We are able to offer appointments from multiple locations including my home and  If the weather is good to us, we also have the option of taking the Shred Van to a beauty spot for an outdoor experience.

I love a good chat and we are always happy to offer free quotes with face-to-face, virtual or photo assessments.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me at one of Devon or Cornwalls famous beaches, on one of my many skateboards or doing anything rad with Family!
